New York City is home to some of the biggest rivalries in the world.
But, this summer, a whole new sporting divide is coming to the Big Apple that will make Yankees v Red Sox pale in comparison.
That’s because the Madrid Derby is coming to New York City on July 26 for the 2019 International Champions Cup.
In Part 1 of this special 4 part series, Eli Mengem went to New York and Madrid to talk to fans about the historic derby and what it means for fans from all over to see this tournament be played outside Europe for the first time ever.
