Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he is still confident of agreeing a deal with the European Union despite increased preparations for a no-deal exit.

Mr Johnson spoke during a visit to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro, where he was announcing plans to improve vaccination rates in the UK.
