The second round of Democratic debates will be held Tuesday and Wednesday.

The debates will be held on CNN.

Dana Bash, Don Lemon and Jake Tapper of CNN will moderate both debates.

Candidates will deliver opening and closing statements.

Candidates will be granted 30 seconds to respond to attacks that name them.

Candidates will have their time reduced for repeated interruptions.

The host of the first debate, NBC, asked candidates to provide one-word answers or raise their hands for responses.
