Hunt feels he is letting down Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe

Jeremy Hunt says he feels he is "letting down Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe every single day that she remains in jail while I'm Foreign Secretary".

The Conservative leadership candidate was responding to a question at a party hustings in Darlington on Friday morning in which he was asked when was the last time he had let someone down.

Mr Hunt said: "If it wasn't for the bravery of Richard Ratcliffe, the world wouldn't know the tactics Iran uses.

And it's not just Brits, by the way, there are other countries' nationals that are held hostage in jails in Iran as tools of diplomatic leverage".
