Police Barriers Separate Proud Boys and Anti-Trump Protesters in Orlando

Members of the Proud Boys, the self-described “western chauvinist” group, marched through the streets of Orlando, Florida, as Donald Trump prepared to launch his 2020 presidential campaign in the city on Tuesday, June 18.

This footage, uploaded by the group March To Save Democracy, shows members of the Proud Boys and anti-Trump protesters separated by police outside Orlando City Stadium.

Men claiming allegiance to the Proud Boys were seen in the city giving the “okay” hand gesture, a gesture that has become associated with white power, according to groups including the ADL.

They were prevented by police from confronting anti-Trump demonstrators, according to a reporter at the scene.
