State Attorneys Sue To Stop T-Mobile And Sprint Merger
According to Gizmodo, a group of state attorneys generals have sued to stop a merger of Sprint and T-Mobile.
A year ago, T-Mobile announced their intention to buy Sprint, which would make them the third largest cell service carrier.
But ten state attorneys generals have filed a lawsuit to prevent the merger, warning that consumer prices will rise due to less competition.
The lawsuit is headed by the state attorneys generals from New York and California.
