Mexico Says Trump's Proposed Tariffs Would Have Disastrous Results

According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, Mexico's deputy foreign minister for North America said that it would be disastrous if US President Donald Trump went through with his threat to impose new tariffs on Mexico.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump reportedly said that the United States will impose a five percent tariff on all goods coming from Mexico beginning on June tenth until illegal immigration across the southern border is stopped.
