Thousands took to the streets of London on Mother’s Day, May 12, to demand climate change in what was dubbed the “Mothers Rise Up” protest, according to local media.

The protest was led by eleven 11-year-old children, symbolizing the United Nation’s 2030 deadline to control global warming, the BBC reported.
