According to a report by Reuters, on Tuesday, Georgia became the fourth US state to outlaw abortion after a doctor can detect a fetal heartbeat, when its governor signed a bill that an abortion-rights group immediately vowed to challenge.

While signing the bill, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp reportedly said, “Our job is to do what is right, not what is easy.
