U.S. Attorney General Says Redacted Mueller Report Could Be Released Mid-April

According to a report by Reuters, on Friday, US Attorney General William Barr said in a letter to lawmakers that he plans to make public a redacted copy of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's nearly 400 page investigative report into Russian meddling in the 2016 election by mid-April, 'if not sooner.'

In the letter to top Democrats and Republicans on the Senate and House Judiciary committees, Barr wrote, "Everyone will soon be able to read it on their own." Reuters reports that Barr also said that he would be willing to appear before both committees to testify about Mueller's report on May 1st and 2nd.
