Meghan Markle flew across an ocean to attend her American style baby shower!????However, as a pregnant lady, a transatlantic flight can be tough physically, but thankfully before Meghan became a Princess she had a lifestyle website called the Tig, with tips to deal with jetlag.????Very important if she wants to feel good for her fancy party.????Here are a few of those tips.????She suggests you drink water, and then drink more water, she said in part, quote: “hydrate like you’re dying of thirst.

”????Wipe down surfaces on the plane so you don’t get sick.

She added, “Sure, the person next to you may give you a side eye, but at the end of the flight, you’ll be the one whistling dixie with nary a sniffle.”????And if you whistle dixie in Great Britain, no one will know.????Eat a good meal, she said quote: “By simply eating a meal at the time the locals are when you land, you trick your brain a bit and stay much more on track, and much less cranky.”????In New York, the city never sleeps so you can grab that meal anytime!
