European Countries Bypass US Sanctions Against Iran

According to Reuters, three European countries devised a way to bypass US sanctions against Iran.

The foreign ministers of the UK, Germany, and France announced a special trade institution that will circumvent US sanctions with non-dollar commitments.

The EU's Special Purpose Vehicle trade deal will allow business between European and Iranian companies by exchanging oil and gas exports for goods.

France's foreign minister said the deal is a gesture to protect European Companies.
