'Life-changing': Call for refugee sponsors as study suggests 4M Canadians open to it

A new study suggests four million Canadians who haven't been involved in sponsoring a refugee or refugee family yet, say they could definitely or likely see themselves participating in the Blended Visa Office Referred Refugees program at some point over the next few years.
