Brazil's Bolsonaro appoints active-duty general as chief of staff

Brazil's President Jair Bolsonaro said on Thursday he had picked Army General Walter Braga as his chief of staff, replacing Onyx Lorenzoni, who will move to head the Citizenship Ministry.
