A small area of low pressure located few hundred miles southeast of Charleston, South Carolina has 40% chance of cyclone formation in the next 48 hours, the U.S. Hurricane Center (NHC) said on Tuesday.

The storm -- pronounced (ees-ah-EE-as) -- is the Atlantic's earliest storm on record to begin with an "I." As of 2 a.m. Saturday, Isaias was about 115 miles south-southeast of Nassau, Bahamas, and was moving northwest at 14 mph, according to the National Hurricane Center.

Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust is overseeing temple construction.
