Parents' 'heartbreak' as toddler rejected from 25 nurseries in 18-month search

Lucy and James Ellis have been left "frustrated and angry" by their failing battle to find a nursery for two-year-old Jacob, who has allergies to soya, egg and grass and requires an EpiPen.
