Live updates as Mark Drakeford and Adam Price give joint press conference

Wales' First Minister will give a joint press conference this morning alongside Plaid Cymru leader Adam Price. Their two parties are working together as part of a deal signed after the Senedd elections in 2021.They have agreed to work together on specific issues including extending free school meals to all primary school pupils. There are also proposals to change council tax, reform social care, expand free childcare, and enact measures on second homes. You can read the details of the co-operation agreement here.Both parties recently held conferences where their members agreed to go ahead with reforming the Senedd which could mean up to 100 members - up from the current 60, as well as quotas for gender or ethnicity and potentially changing constituency boundaries.
