Abramovich 'back in Moscow' after being 'spotted at Israeli airport' as EU 'agrees sanctions'

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich - hit with sanctions by the UK government over his alleged links to Russian President Vladimir Putin - is thought to have landed in Moscow after apparently being seen at an airport in Israel.
