Inquiry chairman declines request to censure Ken Clarke over ‘pompous’ behaviour

Victims of the infected blood scandal asked the chairman of the Infected Blood Inquiry if they could censure former health secretary Ken Clarke for being “arrogant, pompous and contemptuous towards people who had suffered so much” during this week’s hearing.
