Only Boris Johnson could have soured the elation and relief of the Ballymurphy Massacre families over the clearing of the names of the 10 victims of the shameful 1971 Army killings by wounding them again, shooting himself in the foot with a lamentably sorry excuse of an apology for the carnage.
