Meghan aide’s denial of drafting letter to father left newspaper’s case ‘unreal’

The Duchess of Sussex won her copyright claim against The Mail On Sunday after a former aide’s “unequivocal” denial that he helped write a letter to her estranged father rendered the newspaper’s case “unreal”, the High Court has ruled.
