Second boy charged over Musselburgh barber shop ‘rammy’ after teen injured

Officers discovered a 16-year-old boy in possession of a knife in the Newbigging area of the East Lothian town on Sunday evening before enquiries revealed he was allegedly connected to the High Street incident two days before.
