Responsibility the key in coronavirus battle

There is no doubt that last week's bombshell announcement that all non-essential retail outlets would have to shut for two weeks from this Friday caught both business owners and customers totally by surprise. All the concentration had been on what would happen in the hospitality sector and certainly the Executive's decision was a real curve ball.
