Weather forecast for Cheltenham Festival improves with no more heavy rain before racing begins

Ahead of The Festival on Tuesday, March 10, clerk of the course Simon Claisse has said that the track has seen 'the last belt of serious rain' and the weather for Cheltenham races is looking good.
