Costa Rican gymnast adds Black Lives Matter tribute to Olympic routine

Luciana Alvarado, who became the first gymnast from Costa Rica to qualify for the Olympic Games, has possibly found a loophole in the IOC’s policy because she incorporated the gesture as part of her artistic gymnastics routine.
