Appeal: Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Wakefield Road, Huddersfield

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal road traffic collision in Huddersfield on Friday morning.

The Major Collision and Enquiry Team (MCET) are appealing for witnesses after a Fiat Panda car was in collision with a female pedestrian on the A642 Wakefield Road at Waterloo near a taxi company.

Emergency services were called to the scene at about 09.02am following reports a beige Fiat Panda had been in collision with a taxi before colliding with a wall and a female pedestrian walking on the path.
