Police in Plymouth are appealing for information after a young woman was grabbed and groped in the city centre.

The 18-year-old woman was approached by two men while waiting for a bus in the area of Royal Parade with her friend at around 10pm on Tuesday 26 May.

The two men started hassling the women who started walking towards Old Town Street to get a taxi.

One of the men proceeded to grab the victim’s wrists and bottom and tried to put his hands down her pants.

One of the men is described as being black, in his 30s, of medium to large build and approximately 5’8” in height, wearing a white cap.

The other man is described as being black, aged around 30 and approximately 5’8” in height.
