EU 'agree to freeze' Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's assets

European Union diplomats have agreed to add Roman Abramovich to the EU list of Russian billionaires sanctioned following Moscow's invasion of Ukraine, two diplomatic sources said on Monday.
