Bulgarian PM to meet Turkey's Erdogan on Monday amid migrant worries

Bulgaria's Prime Minister Boyko Borissov will meet Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan on Monday, his office said, after a Turkish official said Ankara had opened its borders for migrants seeking to reach Europe.
