Exclusive: In U-turn, Ford ditches plan to unify China sales system after partners push back
Thursday, 5 September 2019 Ford Motor Co has scrapped a plan to create a unified national sales company for China that stoked mistrust of the automaker at its joint venture partners and contributed to a spectacular collapse in sales in the world's biggest car market.
The return of the 2021 Ford Bronco has generated a lot of interest. Business Insider reports that the interest was so much Ford's reservation website briefly crashed. First deliveries of the Bronco will commence in spring 2021. However, the reservation list is very long. Car and Driver reports that some customers might not take delivery of their Broncos until 2022.
Ford's four-legged dog-like robots can sit, shake hands and roll over. They also can perform 360-degree camera scans, handle 30-degree grades and climb stairs for hours at a time - all to help save time, reduce cost and increase efficiency.
