It's an ode to the 'city bike'...

Norway's *Fred Paa Jord* return with refreshing new summer jam 'Bysykkel'.

The band's funky charms are rooted in their easy-going musicianship, propelled by deep friendships and endless hours in the rehearsal room.

New single 'Bysykkel' was laid down 12 months ago, recorded on May 1st, 2020 - or Labour Day.

A song about freedom, 'Bysykkel' is an ode to the 'city bike' and to the sense of independence that comes from unlocking your bike and exploring the city.

The Norwegian group take this in a funky new direction, with their summer-fuelled songwriting recalling aspects of Khruangbin or even William Onyeabour.

Tune in now.
