JUST IN: New York Comptroller Refers Criminal Investigation Into Cuomo’s Book to State Attorney General

New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli has referred a criminal investigation into Gov. Andrew Cuomo's (D) use of state resources to write his book to the state attorney general's office.
