Former SunTrust Banks CFO Allison Dukes to join Invesco

Allison Dukes, the former chief financial officer of SunTrust Banks Inc. who left the bank last year prior to its merger forming Truist Financial, is joining Atlanta-based investment giant Invesco Ltd. Invesco (NYSE: IVZ), which had $1.2 trillion in assets under management at the end of 2019, said Feb. 24 that Dukes will join the company as deputy chief financial officer on March 10, reporting to Loren M.
