Zimbabwe: Late VP Nkomo's Bulawayo Properties Exempted From Paying Rates

[New Zimbabwe] The Bulawayo City Council has agreed that the late Father Zimbabwe, Joshua Nkomo's family be exempted from paying rentals and rates at their Pelandaba home and Matsheumhlope museum.
