An illegal alien from Afghanistan, identified as Mohammad Kharwin, freely roamed the streets of America after being released by border officials in 2023.
Kharwin, a member of the terrorist organization Hezb-e-Islami (HIG), was on the FBI’s national terrorist watchlist.
Despite this, he was granted release without restrictions on his movements by the Biden administration's Department of Justice.
Shockingly, an immigration judge, unaware of his terrorist ties, released him on bond, allowing him to apply for asylum and work authorization.
