The shadow environment secretary refuses to comment directly on the arrest of Crispin Blunt, but says there has been a "string of Conservative MPs caught up in scandals like this" and that the party is "not tackling these problems when they're first occuring".

Steve Reed adds he believes it is "shocking" a bank can suspend a politician because it does not agree with their policies, after an independent review finds "serious failings" in Natwest's treatment of Nigel Farage.
