The data has revealed that an ultra-hot exoplanet that orbits its host star in less than a day is covered by reflective clouds of metal, making it the shiniest exo-planet ever found.
This exo-planet is a scorching body with temperatures of up to 2,000 degrees Celsius where glass-like silicate and metals effectively boil into clouds.
