Interpreting the Second Amendment Isn't Rocket Science! (2): Virginia

This is the second of a series of videos in which I explain how Americans viewed the issues related to the 2nd Amendment AT THE TIME!

This first video focused on the context within which the Amendment was adopted, and the meaning of its language.

With this second video, I move on to the States.

This video focuses on Virginia, the most powerful and important of the original States.

We'll look at the final Militia Act adopted by the colony before the American Revolution, the newly independent State's Constitution of 1776, and calls for a Bill of Rights adopted at Virginia's Ratification (of the Constitution) Convention.
