The Federal Election Commission (FEC) has announced that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) will be fined a total of $113,000 dollars for falsely claiming that they were paying legal bills to the Clinton campaign law firm, when in fact they were funding opposition research against then-candidate Donald Trump.
This research became the Steele dossier, which has been proven false.
They tried to hide this from voters and the federal government in 2016, and now in 2022 they are finally being forced to admit to their deception.
