Search continues for missing person in Union County

The sheriff says 28-year old Jessica Stacks is from the Harmony community.

Law enforcement agencies are helping search for a missing woman in union county... the search is on for 28-year-old jessica stacks from the harmony community... sheriff jimmy edwards said she was in a boat with another person looking for a hog or pig along the tallahatchie river saturday... they floated down the river even though it was flooded... sheriff edwards said she got out of the boat in the west union area but has not been seen since... the other person on the boat floated down the river and was later picked up by family members... but here is what we know about the search for stacks... sheriff edwards said they found footsteps they believer she left... search teams include a helicopter with the mississippi highway patrol and his own department... this includes on land and by boat... if you have any information on her whereabouts... call your local law enforcement... we are following this story and we are working on an update this morning... stay with us on wtva nine news today...
