Set Up Begins For 27th Annual Ritzy's Fantasy of Lights

Staying in the river city--- dozens of volunteers are helping to set yo the 27th annual ritzy's fantasy of lights... dozens of people from international brotherhood of electrical workers----the teamsters---and the national electrical contractors association-- came out to garvin park earlier today.... those who volunteered--- helped with transporting more than 60 elaborate light displays from storage--and installing them.... but even during this pandemic--- money raised will go towards a good cause...
