now. ### alan alan the tehama county assistant sherriff phil johnston says this morning's shooting may have began with a domestic violence incident that was reported by neighbors. action news now repporter hayley skene joins us with more information on what may have instigated the tragedy, hayley? reporter live according the assistant sherrif, at 7:52 this morning they received multiplt 9-11 calls, the first was from shots fired with a man down at fond lane and bobcat lane. vo we spoke with a man named brian flint who says his roommate was the first victim of the morning's rampage. flint says the shooter, who he kows as "kevin" also stole his truck. flint says his roommate got into an argument this morning with "kevin", who's he believes may have been about 40 years old ... that's when he says the man shot and killed his roommate. and it was unfortunately not a shock to flint, who says for months the gunman's been known to fire off hundreds of rounds at all hours of the night. sot full we just know he was out and shooting guns. hell.he would peak over the back fence and take pictures, and put videos on youtube, just general harrassment ### flint was in redding fishing when he received word that his roommate was killed, and another neighbor was shot. flint says that about a month ago, the gunman was arrested for stabbing a woman... he believes he was on bond following that incident ... the tehama county assistant sheriff did not confirm or deny that allegation. reporter live we'll continue to bring you more information about the shooter and we'll have more from neighbors, coming up later. stay with us. hayley skene, action news now.### alan alan
