of public hearings to present designs for transform 66 outside the beltway. wdvm's hannah-catherine smith has more on what you need to know about the multi-billion dollar project. &lt;&lt; smith reporting: as soon as next month, officials will begin construction on transform sixty six outside the beltway--or twenty-two and a half miles with two express lanes and three general purpose lanes in both directions that go from gainesville all the way to the capitol beltway.
