News video: Kellyanne Conway Attempts To Invalidate Student’s Question About Trump And Sexual AssaultA 17-year-old student recently asked Kellyanne Conway how she rationalizes working for a man who boasted about sexually assaulting women. Conway responded by attempting to invalidate the question. On Wednesday, Kellyanne Conway, Donald Trump's former campaign manager, was featured as a guest speaker at a Washington, D.C. event sponsored by the University of Virginia, reports Cosmopolitan.  She was asked by a 17-year-old student how she, as a woman, rationalizes working for a man who boasted about sexually assaulting women. Conway responded by attempting to invalidate the question, asserting, “What you just said was said probably tens of thousands of times during the campaign…And you know how America’s women answered? They gave the would-be first female candidate, I don’t know…56 percent of the vote, 57? She should have gotten 60 or 62 percent...”  She continued, “…part of why she did not is women [are] tired of the same argument and the same thing that you’re presenting to me now." Conway also accused the teenager of being intentionally mean. CNN reports that when the video of Trump making sexually aggressive comments about women surfaced, Conway was quick to come to his defense, characterizing him as “gracious and a gentleman” and insisting that his words did not suggest sexual assault.
