News video: Syrian Rebels in Aleppo Form New AllianceRebels in eastern Aleppo have formed a new military alliance as Syrian government forces continue to make advances in the war-torn city. According to officials from two insurgent groups, the new alliance will organize another defense of the city districts and neighborhoods still under their control. The alliance will also centralize decision-making. The officials added that a commander from the Jabha Shamiya rebel faction will lead the new alliance.
