Kim wants power to 'surely annihilate' enemies as he orders sharp rise in missile production

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un says he wants his army to have the power to "surely annihilate" its enemies as he called on suppliers to deliver more missiles ahead of planned US-South Korea military exercises.
