Vital pandemic modelling work was done in the evening as Welsh Government didn't pay

Professor Michael Gravenor of Swansea University said that working "entirely pro bono" until August 2021 did have an impact on the work he and his colleagues were able to carry out in assisting the Welsh Government in their policy-making.
