SAS hero who gunned down ex in jealous murder feared to be back in Scotland

Thomas Shanks was jailed for life in April 2000 for the murder of Vickie Fletcher outside a pub after confronting her with a Kalashnikov rifle, an axe, a knife and a baseball bat.
