FA shifts blame onto IFAB for lack of goal-line technology after Juan Mata farce

The Football Association insists it is desperate to bring in goal-line technology amid the storm over Juan Mata's ghost goal. The FA says it has been fighting for its introduction since the turn of the Millennium.
