Police Officer Charged With On-Duty Sexual Offences

A West Yorkshire Police officer is due to appear at court charged with sexual offences. 

PC Simon Clarke, 52, who works in Leeds District, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault. 

The charges relate to offences committed whilst on duty against one victim. 

He is due to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court on 8 January. 

PC Clarke is currently suspended from duty.
